My girlfriend and I booked the dinner experience as we wanted to do something a little different. Initially it was good, then we started to be served by a waitress. We asked if she could come back in 5-10 minutes for our orders but within about 2 minutes she came back so we ordered our food. When the food came my burger didn't even have half the toppings on and it looked as if it came from McDonald's and not an actual restaurant. As well as this it came with crisps rather than actually chips/fries. My girlfriend was also rudely told to wait to wash her hands in the rest room as the cleaner was working. Usually if a cleaner is in the toilet they allow you to wash your hands rather than pretending they're a doctor and have super important work to do. So basically the experience and food are overpriced for what they are and generally you feel rushed. It's worth the visit but don't expect people to be polite or helpful. (A common thing we've experienced with our stay in Berlin)

We enjoyed our visit to the tower very much and were lucky to have pretty good weather to be able to enjoy the view. the images with information that surround the windows are very helpful and a great way to identify the landmarks below. Unfortunately we were unable to book for the Restaurant which we would have liked even for just coffee and a cake ! If we have any negative comment it would only be that there isn't enough seating and so we felt we could only look around and then leave when we would have bought a drink from the bar and spent a little more time, especially after aving paid to get to the observation deck. However, all in all this was a minor point and we still enjoyed our visit. Thanks you

Amazing views, but the decor really lets it down. Definitely in need of renovation. Also, more bar-style seating for those just getting a drink. Entrance fee and drink prices were very expensive for what was ultimately a very basic set-up. Improving these things would definitely justify the cost and would make it a more popular place to visit.

Beautiful view. There are directions explaining what you are looking at from up there. Make sure you get the Welcome Card if you order the tickets in advance. The card allows you to skip the line and they save you some money for the tickets. Inside is a bar with a 360° view on Berlin and there is also a rotating restaurant (very expensive). The tower is very close to Alexanderplatz.

Nice view but crowded, glass around should have been much cleaner. Spent approximately 3 minutes up in the tower and better feel coming down as so many people around and didn’t want to fight to go around and read the transparent. Didn’t worth what we paid for and would not recommend to family and friends if visiting Berlin. Gabor Kiss
