Amazing place and really romantic at night. It's has amazing restaurants inside (fair prices as well) and, of course, the view once you go to the top of the walls is great!

Well worth a visit, with lots of interesting little shops and places to eat within the walled surroundings.... The cherry brandy drink in a small edible chocolate cup was quite welcoming

Very nice walled town that is easy to get to and walk around. You can walk along the castle walls which afford lovely views of the surrounding countryside.
As it was built on a hill, the cobbled streets can be steep. Coupled with the walk along the walls, a pair of shoes with a padded sole is recommended.
There are plenty of souvenir shops to choose from if you are looking for a momento.
The restaurants serve typical Portuguese food, but you can also find burgers & fries, or pizza if bacalhau doesn't tempt you.
Parking is very close by, and while the nearby carpark has a fee, parking less than 100 meters further away is free.

Very nice place to bring your family to, where you have various shops and coffees to spend some money or some time.
You can really take some nice photos here, especially with all the beautiful landscape around it.
Everyone is very nice and they will answer any questions you have and help you anyway they can.
The prices are a little too high but besides that, it is a very wonderful place to go to.
Definitely going again.

Great place! Walk on the castle wall is fun if you aren't afraid of heights, but don't try to drive inside the walls, and not very wheelchair accessible
