The river cruise is relaxing and nice with some local music as a background and it lasts for an hour. The food is served in buffet style and is delicious. I think it is also romantic when you are with your special someone. There are souvenir shops in the area.

So much fun! The lunch buffet was good too! The cruise was a little over one hour and it does get crowded sometimes. We went around 11:30 and it was perfect timing. When we came back it was packed. The river boat cruise also has a quick stop to see performers performing sings and dancing the tinikling. Very cool experience.

The thought of having a nice river cruise with lunch sounded like a good idea. It started with an hour and a half wait to get on the boat but at least there was a waiting area with seats. Once on the boat and seated, it seemed like a free for all when everyone rushed for the food. The cruise down the river was around 45mins and did offer some interesting views with a stopover to watch a dance by some locals. It was part of the countryside tour but we wouldn't have minded skipping it.

registration was organized and systematic. the staff groups people so that each barge is not overbooked. the food was so-so and ordinary, the singers were good as well. the cruise will take about an hour but there's nothing much to see along the way. the breeze was great though. the highlight of the cruise for me was the performance of a local group. they sang local tunes and performed local dances. the younger performers were delightful to watch.

Price: 550 It's nice to feel having lunch while cruising the river. There's nothing special with the view though, just the murky water and typical green foliage. The food is just fine. They only serve bland iced tea for drinks. There are better things to do and see in Bohol than river cruise. Our guide told us that there are no other restaurants on the way so we agreed to have lunch in the floating restaurant. This was a lie, it's just a tourist trap as drivers get free lunch whenever they bring clients here.
