The portal is nice, although there isn't much else around to see. Its a beautiful door anyways and it's near the street where the encierro take places in San Fermines festivities.

Usually all Pilgrims enter Pamplona through that gate including me in May 2012.

This old city gate is the traditional entrance to Pamplona via the Campostela de Santiago. There is a ramp up, with a turn into the actual gateway, which has a neat coat of arms emblazoned upon it.
