Great place with scenic views of the Sierra. You can see part of the sierra from the square and it is a great spot for watching the sunset. You don’t have to pay anything and the “Faro de Moncloa” is very near. Highly recommended for a pleasant walk.

The Arch is definitely one of the lesser known parts of Madrid. If you're into the History of the Spanish Civil War its worth visiting as the Arch is right near the Oeste Park, which has some bunkers left over from the Siege of Madrid. The Arch itself is not in the best shape, and can't compare to the triumphical arches in Paris or Bucharest. The surrounding parts of the arch are in disrepair, and the arch is left with some grafiti. However, it a pleasant visit if you do want to see lesser known spots in Madrid, and in a sense is like the Triumphical arch in Paris. However, there's not too much, and you should only really visit this Arch as a walk through Oeste Park.

Awesome building and great for photos but it needs maintenance

The monument in itself is very impressive, but as it stands in the middle of a very busy traffic square/motor way exit you cannot get close. I would not recommend to come here only for this.

It's very nice but the place is a little bit dirty
